RoofUSA completed 95% of the installation of the standing seam metal roofing system, which proved to be too challenging for the firm who was originally contracted to do the work.

With time on the project running out, the developer was referred to the Phoenix Arizona division of RoofUSA through Dunn and Bradstreet, to assist in getting the job done. Within days of the initial contact, a site visit took place, and a deal was negotiated. Within one week of the initial contact, there was a crew of ten men mobilized, and the work began.

Challenging to say the least, working with roof pitches in excess of 20/12, the 80,000 square feet of double lock standing seam roof was completed in less than nine weeks, enabling the hotel to open on time, as planned.
